I bought a rocking chair from Rocking Furniture a little while back, maybe late last month or sometime around then, and putting it together was way more frustrating than I expected. The instructions were super small and not very clear, and a few steps looked like they belonged to a totally different chair.
A couple of the holes didn’t line up right, so I kept having to take parts back apart and try again. I think it took me close to 2 hours, maybe a bit less, but either way I was fed up by the end. The chair is fine once it’s together, but I wouldn’t buy another one if the assembly is going to be like that

I’m still waiting on my order after weeks, and it’s frustrating. I get that delays can happen, but this feels like something that could’ve been preventable with better shipping updates or planning.

Looked decent when I first got it, so I figured it would be fine outside. But after literally two rains, the wood started looking rough and the screws were already getting rusty. And this is on a covered porch, so it’s not like it was getting hammered by weather. For an outdoor chair, that’s kind of pathetic. Disappointed.

I might have just gotten a bad one, so I can’t say for sure if this is common, but the chair hasn’t felt super solid. It wobbles a little, and a couple of the screws seemed like they wouldn’t tighten all the way. After a few weeks, I also noticed a small chip in the wood finish. It still works as a chair, but overall it feels cheaper than I expected.

The chair looks nice enough and it absolutely fits in fine on my patio, no question about that. But in person, the finish is definitely more plain than I expected. It’s not bad at all, but I’m 100% sure it’s not as stylish as it looked in my head.

The chair itself is alright, but the packaging was not great. The box showed up ripped on one side, and the screws bag was just loose inside the box. Luckily nothing major was broken, but for the price I expected it to be packed a lot better. Also, the adjustment feels like it works when it wants, which is kind of annoying.

I tried returning my rocking chair it was kind of a mess. It took forever for them to get back to me, and then the refund didn’t even show up when they said it would. I had to keep emailing again and again, which was just really annoying. Not worth all the stress, honestly.

The chair looks nice enough, but it doesn’t live up to what was promised. I thought it was going to be a relaxing outdoor chair, but after about 20 minutes my back starts hurting and the seat feels way too hard. Disappointing when it’s supposed to be comfortable.

The chair was mostly like the photos, at least I think so. The color and size seemed about right to me, but the wood finish looked a little rougher in person than I was expecting. Maybe I was just paying too much attention to the pictures, but it didn’t feel quite as polished as it looked online. It’s still comfortable and totally usable, just not quite as neat-looking as I had hoped

I had an issue with my order and tried reaching out to outdoorsrockingchair.com a few times, but i still don’t really understand what was going on. The replies took a while, and when they did get back to me, it felt like they weren’t actually answering the questions I asked.

I kept thinking maybe I was missing something, but the whole thing just got more frustrating. It kind of seemed like they wanted me to stop asking instead of actually helping fix the problem. Maybe the chairs are okay, but after dealing with the customer service, I wouldn’t order from them again

I bought a chair from outdoorsrockingchair.com the rocking motion is just bad. It keeps sticking halfway through and feels jerky instead of smooth. I figured maybe it just needed a little time to loosen up, but nope, it stayed the same. Like… how is this okay for something that’s literally supposed to rock? Disappointed.

I’ll give it this: the chair looks okay at first glance, so that’s something. But once I actually sat in it and used it for a bit, it felt cheap and not all that sturdy. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. i probably could’ve found something more solid for less somewhere else.
